Petrol Rs. 100 since midnight today, Supreme Court orders

Supreme Court directed the state to reduce the price of a liter of petrol upto Rs. 100 since midnight today.

The Supreme Court considered the price formula submitted by the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance today prior to decrease the price.

Considering a fundamental rights petition filed in the Supreme Court over the price of petroleum, the court ordered the Finance Ministry Secretary to submit a price formula today (27).

Current price of a liter of petrol is Rs. 122.
